Filling holes in dash?

So I am fixing up my jeep interior this weekend (going to be painting it with Krylon Fusion) and the previous owner drilled about 5 small holes on the dash (just above the air vents). I am wanting to fill those in before i paint but not sure what product to use and don't want to have issues with that spot/new paint in the future. any suggestions?

I would say a regular 2 part epoxy for plastic but I doubt it would bond properly, so I am thinking just regular body filler. Sand the area with a very high grit paper and apply. It may take several applications to get any pockets out for a smooth finish.
