Firing Order of 2007 Jeep Wrangler

The car is turning over and the spark plugs have a spark but the car is not starting.

you aren't giving us nearly enough info. at this point, it could be a million things.

first thing you need to do is see if you've logged any codes. Jeeps, and most Chrysler vehicles for that matter, have a self diagnosis system. it can be activated my turning the key to the ON position 3 times quickly.

if it reads out a code, it'll point you in the direction of the problem (camshaft sensor, O2, etc.) if it reads nothing, I'd suspect the fuel pump, or a clogged fuel line.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and assume you indeed have gas in the tank
