Ford 8.8 4.88 Gear setup

Hello,
Just did a gear change on a Ford 8.8 to 4.88 gears. As I've not done this before I'd like a little feedback.
Backlash is right at .010, and I've installed a crush sleeve eliminator with pinion preload set at 20 in/lbs on new bearings.
Everything looks pretty good to me, but would appreciate a more critical eye.

Thanks!

Pattern is ok and everything is in spec. I would run it.

Thanks. It seems that there aren't a whole lot of folks that have changed gears themselves.

Nope, there sure isn't. It scares most, but its not as bad as it sounds.
