Frame rot assist!

Here's the frame rot on my Jeep's passenger side. I'm not going to be fixing it myself - I'm going to find somewhere that will do it for me, but I'd like to go in with some knowledge. So, what will fix it? Cut it out and patch it?

The hole isn't all from rot - the front (right side) hole is an oval diagonal hole in the frame that rusted out at the bottom of the hole, and the left hole is a small hole like the one's on top that rusted out below and forward of it.

Thanks for any advice! The rest of the frame is pretty darn good. The opposite side of the Jeep (driver's side) just has some surface rust.

Not that bad. Find a little weld shop and have them patch it. You could use rust conversion paint and black over that. i have done that to my under carriage using rattle cans.

Thanks all, I'm glad it's not the disaster I was afraid it was.
