Frameless top vs rehab my old soft top

My 98 TJ came with a soft top in reasonably good shape, but the rear passenger windows are missing their zipper pulls and are held on with safety pins, the Velcro, and a little luck. I'm planning on being topless or at least window/doorless as much as I can since this isn't a DD for me.
Y'all have thoughts on whether to replace the whole thing with a frameless top vs get replacement windows? Anyone have a frameless top? How have you liked it?
Or does anyone have zip out rear windows they don't need?
I was talking to another Jeeper in the parking lot the other day. He had a soft top with no windows and said he'd just given the windows away. Dangit!

1) If all that is missing are the pulls, that would be an easy fix. Go to e-bay and type in "Jeep zipper repair kit"
2) You could buy a new set of windows for less than the cost of a new top.
3) You could place an ad in the "wanted" section of the forum.

The top is in good shape with one split seam over the rear side window.
Went with this to retain the rear corners.
Probly gonna leave it like this- in safari mode...
