front drive shaft off??

I removed my front driveshaft. Manual tranny. Now it shifts into second hard. How do I fix it?

For removing your front driveshaft to have any effect at all, your transfer case would have to be in 4wd, check that first. Why did you remove the drive shaft, just out of curiosity?

I was getting knocking noise under my feet..and I wanted to ck the uv joint cuz the jeep sat for 8 months in my garage. I still have the knocking tho
