frustrating!!! GRRRRRR

So i have a Jeep sitting in my garage that im building to compete in W.E. Rock this year and it's getting very frustrating! Its just sitting because I'm waiting on a bunch of parts that havent showed up yet. So theres no suspension and there's no wiring, which I think are kinda important lol

oh well hopefully this week will bring answers. Sorry just had to vent

Those are the rear Gen-Right corner correct? How well do they fit? What class are you running if you have a stock bodied YJ?

That sucks boss, I'm feelin for ya. At least you have until what the end of April until the first East Series event? But I'm sure you'd like to get some seat time in it before you have to compete.

Hell bro, from some of the teams I've talked to no rig is put together until the week before the first comp. That's why they have Put up or Shut up out here in Jan. to get the boys some time to get their junk together.

James, not everyone has 14 other Jeeps they can work on. Don't upset the man anymore than he already is...

You get the point. Besides, it was a SLIGHT exaggeration for comical purposes.

OK so it's been a while since i've posted and been back here to update the rig.. well that's b/c I've been building non-stop for the last couple of weeks. still have a bit to do but things are coming along.

finally got the engine wired and the dash together, the suspension is on and the corners cut properly AND even got my Dana 300 in with the Down East Off Road Flip Kit. The big problem I have now is that my front axle needs to come out and be replaced... so I just got a Waggy 44 (that's to a buddy) and need to get it built ASAP.

Here's how she stands now...

My gauges mounted to the aluminum dash

New computer and fuse block on the inside of the firewall

Maxxis Creepy Crawlers Mounted... THAT was a fun day!

Drivers corner cut out

Standing on her own

Flipped Dana 300

Dash almost together

I'll have more soon but it's getting CLOSE.. I can almost smell it!

Bobby

WE Rock is in May right? Rich, the WE ROCK guy told me that they're holding the event in Ellensburg WA this year. Have you heard about that?

April 11th-13th Perris, CA
May 16th-18th Cedar City, UT
June 20th-22nd Ellensburg, WA
July 18th-20th Donner, CA

Those are all of the Western Series events for this year. The grand nationals will be in September. I think it's the beginning. Maybe Labor Day weekend.
