Glass Cleaner for soft top

What do you use to clean the plastic glass on your soft top?

Using pledge and a micro fiber cloth (NOT paper towels) works. If they are really dirty, a very very mild soap works good but rinse them off first then work with the soap afterwards. Again DONT use paper towels, they scratch plastic unless you don't care of course lol Micro fiber cloth is the best product for plastic windows.

Thanks for the tip on the paper towels. I buy cheap terry cloth washcloths and towels for household cleaning & the cars. Good to know my instinct for not using paper towels was right on!

My Dad recommended a cleaner/polish called 210. It's made for the isinglass on boat biminis and he has used it for years. I am curious if anyone here has used it.

Unfortunately, I have no experience with the product 210. Sorry.

When I plan on storing my soft top in October, I plan to do a good once over since I didn't get a chance last year since it went straight to storage and left the hard top on. (bought my 01 TJ at the end of summer last year).

I just used the soft top window cleaner from Bestop. Did a great job. Better than anything else I used in the past. Bestop 11203-00 - Bestop® Vinyl Window Cleaner 8 oz. - Quadratec

I just bought a JKU with a soft top so would I use the Pledge now to clean the plastic windows to keep them new or is it for windows with scratches? I wasn't sure if it mattered since new and old plastic windows are mentioned on the threads. If the pledge acts like RainX that would be cool.

I use Plexus.....you can get it at most motorcycle shops. It ain't cheap, but works GREAT!!! Also, wipe up and down......not side to side or circles. It keeps the glare to a minimum.
