It seems more often than not when you have a problem with a product your call is outsourced to some call center where the person has no experience with the product and is simply reading from a script to “help” you with your issue. This is not the case with KC HiLites. I recently had a bulb burn out that, in my opinion, should have lasted longer than it did. I called the customer service number expecting to be told that I was SOL and that I would have to buy a replacement. However the folks over at KC Hilites stood behind their product and offered to send me a replacement and apologized for any inconvenience. I just wanted to share this story with you guys and if there are any members of the KC Hilites staff on here say thank you.
