Goodyear Wrangler Authority tires

Put some of those Walmart Goodyear Authority tires(31's) on my Jeep. The price was nice and the tire looks pretty beefy. I have had them on the jeep for a couple of months and I have to say that they ride pretty well. They have an aggressive tread, so the ride is a bit noisy, but not enough to have blood stream from your ears. I have tested these tires both in snow and mud, some which was deep. All and all, they handled spectacular. Even in two wheel drive they are nice. I am still checking to see how they wear. After all they are from Walmart.LOL Though, I would have to say, that so far I am really impressed.

These are Goodyear tires that are made exclusively for Walmart.
From another site:

Quote:
The Wrangler Authority A/T is what we refer to as a "co-brand" tire. It is
manufactured exclusively for Wal Mart and its subsidiaries. It is
marketed, sold, and warranted solely by Wal Mart. The tires on our web
site are the "broad market" tires that can be found at all authorized
Goodyear retailers.

For additional information about the Wrangler Authority A/T please contact
your nearest Wal Mart automotive service center or their Customer
Assistance Center at (800)925-6278.

Sincerely,
Sue Lemmon

I did. There seemed to be just as many poor reviews as good ones. So for you Poor how?

I will never have them on my Jeep and on my DD tow rig truck I run mic tires.

I've been running these on my 2500 Ram now for about 2months and they are a great tire. Great road manners and awesome on the snow & ice.

Same thing people kept tryuing to tell me when I bought my Federal Couragia MT's and by far one of the best MT's I've run yet... better the Maxxis Bighorns and better then the BFG MT's

I wouldn't buy them just because they are sold at Walmart. Hate Walmart.
