grand cherokee d35 question

i'm assuming that all dana 35's are the same, but i'll ask this anyway. i have a '99 grand cherokee with the pinion bearing making some noise and i was wondering if i could buy the bearing rebuild kit for the d35 for a wrangler? i figured the axle internals are exactly the same, just the external brackets are different. thanks.

I sent a reply on CherokeeForum... they are different. You should be able to get the right one at NAPA or any other parts store.

i've already checked ya out. i need to see how much just the pinion bearings are gonna cost, but i'm thinking while i'm in there i might as well replace all the bearings. it does have over 150k on it.
