Hand position

I was just wondering how people drive with there steering wheel. I have to keep my hands at 11 and 1 just to keep it from wondering off. My truck i use my elbow sometimes.

I was always taught 10 and 2. My daughter just took a driving course recently and they are now teaching that 8 and 4 are acceptable to reduce arm fatigue. I'm mostly at 12 with my left hand because I drive a 6 speed. My leather wrapped wheel is actually showing signs of wear at the top.

I don't think That Jeep will roll at all......

Right hand at noon for me......... Left out the half door. If you can't keep it on the road with one hand, you got some issues that need to be addressed, IMO.

I drive a six speed so I've got my left at 11ish, and my right shifting. Lately, since I took my doors off, I find my head out the "window"...

I have my left hand holding my latte and my right hand texting while steering with my left knee and using my foot to clutch, brake and gas.

Just kidding, I don't have a Hummer. I have my left arm out the half door and my right hand around noon.
