They are 31x10.50x15 Federal Couragia M/T. They pull great. And yes that is a good ole power line trail. My buddy dug us a couple 150' long mud pitts to have fun in.

It's rustoleum double coat flat black rattle can. For what I use my jeep for there's no need to get fancy
