How many miles?
I can say from personal experience that when Jeep says to replace the fuel pump (it and the filter are in tank) at 100,000 miles to do it!!!!!!!! I went 100,010 miles and it quit on me. Had I taken the time to do it the repair would only have cost me about $50 and 2 or 3 hours. I did not and with towing was $700 at the stealership.
Try that first. It could even be as simple as a bad ground wire at the pump. To make it easy I would cut a door in the rear floor of the jeep to change it without having to drop the skid and tank.

My idea of help from the man above is a sniper on the roof.
