Help....Folded windscreen - rearview mirror doesn't work...

Any ideas? I folded down the windscreen on my 2006 65th anniversary TJ and now the electric rear view mirror doesn't work....any clues as to what I could've busted and where to look for a fix?

First time user of forum....

I'm hoping it's not a trip to the auto electrician, coz here in Australia, jeep breaks and so does the bank account!

Too Right!

but I dunno how to fix... id fold the windshield down again and try to see if I could find a broken wire or something. I dont think it would be a very expensive fix (all else fails you could get a non electric one right?)

fix it up good-oh!

so do you know lots of Arthur W. Upfield fans there? Ive never met anyone else whos even heard of him or his books.

I really want to go to Austrailia.

G'day mate,

Sorry, can't say I know any fans of his! Heard of his work, that's about it.

Yeah, I've gone looking for a pulled wire but couldn't find anything. Had a chat to an electrical fella today and the jeep is booked in...

Could be a busted wire or just something in the connection point in the mirror he reckons - will have to see I guess but was hoping someone might know of a common problem point (jeeps seem to have a few ha ha ha).

Cheers

Ha, all good! Wire pulled under dash from tension of folding the windscreen. All sorted.
