help its FALLING APART!!!!

i dont' know whats going on, i was driving today and when i took off from a dead stop in 1st i heard a loud, crack crunch sort of noise. i got out and looked under the jeep, the rear drive shaft looks kinda damp (oily) and i shook it and it wasn't loose, then i went up front and i saw the bellhouseing was about 1/4 inch away from the engine!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i tightend it up and then went to the other side and it was all fine. i don't know how the hell that happened. but the noise sounds like its coming from the rear, also, whenever i accelerate it vibrates bad...like really bad...what the heck is going on here!!!!!!!!!! i gotta fix it today.
uhhhh any help please!!!!

i think the ear in the ujoint broke off. it shakes so much...i cna't beleive it didn't throw it.
but what do you make out of the bellhouseing.. how tight can i take that bolt, i don't want to pull the threads in the ear on the block, and i now have 3 of four bolts in thankyou!!!
there are only 4 anyways. i think eveything seems ok..the ujoint has been bad for sometime now if the noise i heard and the "click" i heard was all the same thing. i've been hearing a faint noise like a click and feeling it too everytime i take off since a month or so after i started driving it. so i think it was a bad ujoint, although i must admit to think it lasted this long is kinda unreal given i drive 70 miles to and from work every night..but hey your the mechanic what do you think?
