Hey Scout!

Dude, when are you gonna make it out this way? I'm sure that you and some of the other texas guys, could get out to AZ to hook up with that crew, and I'm sure that some of the Cali crew would be willing to make the drive to AZ for a rowdy weekend. Give you a chance to get your rig out of the garage and away from those dirt lots.

Hmmm...tempting...

We've actually been kicking around the idea of the Jeep Jamboree in Moab. I think it's in October? I can't remember? We already have Llano and Palo Duro scheduled this year and I'd really like to do another one in the fall.

Although AZ wouldn't be a bad little trip either. Damn now you've got me thinking...

Oh man. Let me do some checking on my end. I have the two Jamborees planned, maybe the YO Ranch in July and the wife and I are going to hop over to Italy for about 8 or 9 days in August (passports pending). That pretty much leaves the fall for anymore wheelin.

What ever happened to the Wrangler Forum event thingy everyone was talking about? Maybe we need to get something like that organized with the Admin and make it a big group event? AZ is their stomping ground and there seems to be a strong AZ membership.

Anyone else in on something like this?

I guess nobody else cares or wants to make the trip? You've got a little more clout than me Scout, talk to admin and let's see if we can get some dates nailed down. Anybody else want to do this? Come on people, we need some input before Fall 2007!

I'll work on it and let you know. We may need a new thread with a new title to spark some interest.

Could it be also the lack of elevation in your terrain ? Ohio, where they have long stretches of flatland between their flatland and flatland......ugh.

I apologize to anyone in Ohio if this offends them, but I've visited your flatland before.

Bring it on out fellas's (And Ladies Too). We can put your jeeps thru things that you'll talk about for weeks and months afterwards. And I know because Hackle and Joe put me and my jeep thru things I talk about for weeks and months aftwards.

We'd be all over having a jeep-a-van head up from anywhere it wants to be from.

BUT IF ANYONE IS COMING FROM TEXAS YOU HAVE TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE BLUVIKING AND HIS YJ WITH YOU. Just messin with you Axel.

You know I am itching terribly, to come out there, and wheel, with you guys. Got to get out from under the unexpected expenses, here of late, and I will be there. Just to hook up with you all, would be well worth the trip. You all have built up a lot of respect, in my book. Jack, Joe, and Hackle..........got to hook up with a fun loving bunch, like you all.

Let's do it guys, Sept.? Oct.? Let's figure this out. A true WF get together. Of course everyone welcome, but for some the drive may be too far. Maybe a fly in and ride along?
