Hickey Sidewinder Winch, cheap 9K

Did a quick bit of research and the best conclusions I can make is its an old bastard that competed with Warn in the 70s and can winch a Blazer up into a tree. $75 for a 9k winch, jump on it?

15,000lb Warn winch and 9,000lb sidewinder winch

If you can get replacement parts I'd be all over that like a fat chick on a pork chop.

Getting parts is the only limitation. Nobody makes the Sidewinder anymore, nor parts for it.

But you could still buy it, and part it out to make some money. I bet there are sidewinder owners that would be all over those parts like, well, like a fat chick on a pork chop.
