Hid headlights

Also to install hid headlights is there any cutting of the wires to do so or is it like a plug and play situation?

Plug and play usually. Maybe some cutting if you are using a relay and dedicated power source from battery.

But if cutting wires wont that void the warranty? And if it is plug and play it should be fine no?

What hid kit are you looking at? There are no "real" hid headlight replacements. The drop in kits in stock housings only cause glare for other drivers. Only right way to do it is with a retrofit projector in some h4 housings.
