Home made trunk with soft top

First, I apologize if this post appears more than once.* I've already tried posting it twice, and it keeps crashing when I hit the post button....Ug!*I'll try it from my phone this time instead of pc.

I've browsed a few threads looking at building a home made trunk.** Seems pretty straight forward.* I'm going to put one in my YJ.* I leave my back seats folded up most of the time, so I'll build one from tailgate to folded up seat.* I'll have to balance the security issue against ease of removal for when I need the back seat.* Now, here's my question.* With a trunk in place and the soft top folded down, that will leave the top riding on top of the trunk.** That will be sitting pretty high, and seems like it would catch a lot of wind when on the interstate.* Is this an issue for anybody?* I drive my YJ to work quite often, and I've got a 40 mile round trip*interstate commute, so the wind is an issue.* If the soft top rides that high*up when it is down, does it tend to flop around any with the wind?** In Summer can just take the top off completely and not worry about it....but in Fall we do need to take*the top*with us when we go Jeepin'.* Anybody had a wind issue with the soft top riding*high up on top of a trunk when the top is down?*
