Horn went super quiet??!!

My already quiet Wrangler born now is super super quiet.

I took it off Road in some really wet and muddy spots and did some Creek crossings.

Now it sounds like there is a baby mouse squeaking every time I press the horn or lock the door using the key remote.

Thoughts on what I might have done, and a potential solution?

Also, my driver's-side headlight went out. I don't know if that timing is a coincidence or if it just burned out. Thoughts?
