How do you repair a hardtop?

I have a small crack in my hardtop and want to repair it or glue or seal it. How and what do I need to do this?

I would say a good 2 part epoxy. Read the lable some are better for fiberglass than others. I used the gorilla 2 part epoxy the other day to glue plastic to brass.
I would think you could mix them and then smear them around over the crack and then use a wet rag to take off the extra before it set up.

2010 JK added 17" rims and 32 inch At tires, hitch, Ace rock sliders, Barricade bumper, light guards, grab handles, floor mats, Grabars, hood latches, fuel door, 2" Rancho sport lift with 9000XL shocks, TerraFlex Monster track bar, Moog drag link, quick disconnects and Rancho stabilizer and flip kit.

Depending on the size of the crack it could be worth while to grind it out a little before filling it. It seems counter intuitive but damaged fiberglass has no strength. When repairing boats you need to take out all damaged fiberglass before laying down new mat.

If its just a hairline crack the smearing epoxy would work just fine. Maybe even buzz the crack with an orbital tool so more epoxy can sit in the crack but don't go too deep

V the crack out, feather back the SMC( jeep hsrd tops are NOT fiberglass) then apply Fusor T-21 to the crack and beyond. Let harden/ sand / repeat if necessary/ prime the repair/ sand the primer/ sand the top/ mask off windows etc/ paint top
