haha I'm sure there are some. But most people, I would think, are either in debt up to their eyeballs or they know how to manage their money.

I haven't lived at home for the past 10 years. Not saying mine is the most expensive but I guarantee it is up there. Marry a woman who manages a nice town home complex. Then you don't have to pay rent. It works wonders and you aren't living with the fam.

I would think that too, but it seems like everybody has tons of cash lying around to do big lifts and tires.

I own my home and work very hard for my Jeep money.

And I haven't lived with my parents in over 17 years. Although they've lived with me a couple of times.

I living with my parents to help them out, but I've been sitting on my arse for the past few months because of a leg injury. Once I start working things should be ok.... and I'll be moving out, like I should have been able to a year or 2 ago... but then I might not have been able to buy my Jeep. And when I move, I prolly wont have much if at all any money to put twords it.

Haha, I live at home, but I damn sure don't have the money to spend on mods. I pay all my own bills, plus help out here and there with stuff... So don't judge people by if they live with the rents or not. Because I do, and I am still broke as a joke.

Actually, my logic stands up fine. I never excluded anyone working for their own stuff. Should I add some terribly over used finger gestures here?

i live with my parents and cannot spend all the money on my jeep.

i gotta by gas, food, pay a storage fee, put money in my savings account, and pay for an accident i got in. if i were able to use my whole check for my jeep then i would already have what i want instead of having to wait 2 more weeks.

Lived on my own for 5 years, bought my town house 2 years ago.

Keep in mind, I have been building my heep for slightly more than 3 years, spent quite a bit of my extra money on it. Not a whole lot of credit card debt...only about 3k. I also still owe about 15 more payments on my heep...I did a 5 year loan on it .

The question should be, how many of you, have great paying jobs, that afford you to make your dreams, come true?

That is the correct way to look at this. Not, who sponges off of somebody else, so you can afford to play.

I don't mooch. I help out, much more and longer than what I was hoping to. And now that my dad is finally getting his disability, things might start getting better.

I know that every situation is different, and I did not mean any disrespect to those, still living at home. I left home at 19 yrs of age, and have not looked back since. I still have a 21 yr old son living at home, he just loves his mom, and has it too good, to move out............. Not my way of taking on life on your own, but what the heck, his mom, enables it.

Haven't lived at home full time in 12 years since I started college. I have 2 hobbies and the jeep see's most of my money. Hell I've done and do what I do while I'm still making payments on it.

I'd say that both my hobbies are pretty pricey, and I need to find a better way of funding them.
