How to fix paint?

My Jeep paint is starting to look bad. I have a few scratches from the next door neighbor's cat and some from trails. I know it doesn't help that I park under a tree. So I have some spots that bird droppings and tree sap have ate away at. I have used some Mequire's Scratch X and a clay bar. This removed a good portion of it but I still have some fine scratches and spots. I am open to all suggestions other than getting a new paint job. Thanks for ya'lls help.
Hardy

any tips or tricks in wet sanding? I got most of the scratches out with rubbing compound and elbow grease. Some are a lil bit deeper and into the clear more. Thanks

for get wet sanding and buffing just machine buff it with
dont use one of those orbital buffers
the buffer and right compound will take out most scratches

I only color sand and buff every once in a while but yet I paint cars for a living
