So I call Jeep and Chrysler and tell them I would like the name of the regional manager over the area where my dealership is located because I had a bad experience and wanted to share what happened. Their answer: contact the dealership and have them give you the info. I tried and the dealer plays dumb and says they don't have the info. Call back again Chrysler says the dealer has to have that info. Now how am I supposed to get the dealer to give me the name / number of the regional rep when the dealer knows I am unhappy about something they did, and the only reason I could be asking them for the regional rep is to complain about them?
call the dealership back, talk to some one incharge. if they still play dumb, then see if there is another jeep dealership in the area. call them and ask. and once you do get a hold of the regional manager, make sure you tell him how the first dealer gave you the run around as well.

Then get the name of a different rep and he/she should be able to put you in touch with the rep you need.
