How to match the paint

Hello

I am going to pull off my hinges for the hood and sand down some cancer (rust) spots. The grill is really getting beat up also and was going to clean that up also. I am going to replace the old hood hinges with powder coated black hinges. I was wondering if there is any type of paint I can use to match the color of the paint that is on my Jeep (white).

Thanks
Joe
