No real sound difference, but mcgyver is correct, it is slightly warmer. In the range of 2 to 3 degrees, but i run a bikini top year 'round.

I used Dupilcolors Bed armor. It's made with kevlar so you know it's strong. I love it
Plus it was cheaper than hurculiner at Advanced Auto Parts and I didn't have to add anything to it so it wouldn't fade

The area by the drivers gas pedal and on the tunnel by the shifter will get SUPER hot. The next time i do it i will add at least 5 coats to that part, and paint the underside with some ceramic heat shielding. On long trips it will radiate a ton of heat, even when its cold out.

I am very glad I chose to do duplicolors. Just don't get the regular bed liner because I used that at work on our steps for lower bay in our oil change pit and they are slick as snot. I did them about 2 years ago and it's almost all rubbed off. If you chose to do duplicolor get their Bed Armor
