Exactly. And if you've got one, why not two?

And why is it that once you own one, you feel compelled to own more, and more? I want them all....

We Jeep owners have to make up for all the fuel the Prius's of the world are saving. I like to think that my Jeep uses the equivalent in fuel to AT LEAST 3 or 4 Prius's........

There have been many many more times when I have not bought a Jeep than when I have bought a Jeep.

I've tried to explain this to my wife, but somehow she still thinks I'm irresponsible. I only own three.

My oldest daughter's friend asked me yesterday "Why do you drive old Jeeps?"
I replied "Only the smartest people are allowed to drive Jeeps."
"My dad doesn't drive one."
"Exactly"

You don't drive that flat fender to all the shows? I am crushed. And disillusioned.

Sorry Geoff. I drive it to local stuff, and the reason I wanted a Bantam trailer was so that I could take the time to drive the CJ to shows and have room for tools, spare parts, etc... The problem has been having the extra time, and routing a trip where you can only travel at 45 MPH. It is a goal though.

This statement is very true!!!! My wife has a Prius and I definitely fill my Jeep up at least 3 times before she has to.

But the Jeep is more fun, and the Prius is way better then the POS Land rover we had
