I need a Rubicon...

So I had an 03 Sport with a 4.0. Then, in a moment of weakness, I traded it to my mother for her 99 2.5. (She really needed air conditioning) So I've been really trying to find happiness in the 4 banger over the past month or so. I really enjoy cruising around fireroads and local trails with the wife and kids but, with 130,000 miles on the ticker, this thing is a bit tired. I considered dumping some money into it...I considered reclaiming my 6 cylinder...but tonight I'm trying something all together different. In a fit of Jeep fever, I'm offering up my Z3 Roadster on Craigslist in trade for a TJ Rubicon. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that one of the urban mall cruisers out there has grown weary of all the zippers they have to manipulate in order to put the roof back on...or maybe the doors are just too heavy to remove...or maybe the ride is just too bouncy...or maybe they want to take up drifting. Wish me luck.

I don't consider this a "FOR SALE" thread because I can't imagine any Jeep enthusiast here being remotely interested. This is just another nonsense thread about owning too many toys.

must be rough . I hear you though. Only so much money for toys. Sometimes you have to sacrifice one for another and priorities come out.
