I Need A Solenoid.

I have a 1974 Warn Bellview with a switch thats hardly working, and I would really like to switch to a solenoid in order to not deal with this thing any more. I really have no clue what I need to get or look for in a solenoid, or what I really need, so clue me in here.

Thanks.

I'd really like to get rid of this old system.

It was just put on in those pictures, its had some TLC since then, a lot. Its a mean winch.
