Jeeps aren't smooth driving vehicles. They are bouncy and noisy, Is it completely stock right now? Do you have half doors or full doors on it? Do you have a soft top or hard top

Suspension wise is it stock?

A short wheel base live axle vehicle will never ride the same as a luxury sedan. Its just physics. A hard top and full doors will quiet it down quite a bit. Are you using stock tires and suspension?

A GOOD lift will actually improve the ride quality, but im not sure how to make a wrangler lux.

Gotcha. Well you could reupholster I suppose and do some painting of the plastic panels, insulate the hard top, new seats maybe?, stereo. Really whatever you want you can accomplish for a price.

Depends on what kind of kit you install. I have heard great things about the OME 2" kit, and some say it rides better than stock. I actually have OME shocks on my jeep and it rides pretty nice. You get what you pay for though, its not cheap.

And a jar of Grey Poupon.

New radio and seat covers are a nice add. You can also paint the interior. Krylon Fusion for plastic has a bunch of different colors.
