if you couldn't have your model what one would you have.
so if you couldn't have the model type of jeep that you have, what one would you want instead? please list which one you have and a brief explanation of why you would pick the one you would. this isn't meant to start any fights i just want to have a little fun. i'll start:
i have a tj and i would have a cj7 because i like the classic look of it.
2003 Rubicon, 4.0L, 5SPD, Custom 4.75" lift, 33" MT Baja Claws
1999 SE, 2.5L, 5SPD, sold it
PM me for wheeling in and around Northern Illinois
I like all the models that I own but there is one I simply must have: 1985 CJ-8 Laredo in mint condition. Why? Because I had one many years ago and I sold it, the guy that bought it destroyed it. Seriously, selling that thing is one of my most regrettable mistakes. That was the coolest, most fun vehicle I've ever owned.
License to kill gophers by the government of the United Nations. Man, free to kill gophers at will. To kill, you must know your enemy, and in this case my enemy is a varmint. And a varmint will never quit - ever. They're like the Viet Cong - Varmint Cong. So you have to fall back on superior intelligence and superior firepower. And that's all she wrote.
There are two other jeeps that i want. One is a 80 cj7 golden eageal becouse thats what my dad jad when i was growing up and to thos day he still wishes he would have never sold it. And the other os any old wilies jeep that i could fix back to stock and putt putt around in while everyone else is driving there trail rigs.
I'm here to participate. I didnt come all this way just to watch.
I couldn't have what I wanted (83-85 CJ7) so I settled for my 99 tj, which I do love..my first vehicle was an 84 CJ7 Larado, which my dad and I rebuilt and that was my love, up until we got T-boned by a truck running a red light Eventually, I will have another one!
Hands down no contest, it would be a WWII era mb/gpw. Give me the old school WW2 era jeep any day. They are just plain cool! I bought my yj instead because I wanted a little bit older jeep that didn't need a full resto and is more practical to use as a daily driver.
