Inspection time

My inspection is due this month and took it to our usual place but they say now they cant pass my Rubi due to the tint on the driver and passenger windows is too dark. Has anyone taken thier Jeep with the doors off to get inspected? I really dont want to change the tinting. Is this an option?

Never know until you try it. I would. What can they do but reject you? Just make sure you have mirrors so they can't say anything about that.

hmm.....I have no idea. I guess it's worth a try right? What's the worst they can say? No? Taking mine to get inspected today.

Just fyi. Got the inapection done today and asked the guy if you have to have a top and doors on...he said no...just make sure there is a rearview mirror and windshield wipers that work.

I didnt take the doors off but simply rolled both windows down and they didnt even check the tinting...

Good to know for next year!
