Angry is my jk and battery going to be okay? :(

So I'm heading to the gym and this guy in the lot has his hood up and as I drive by I slow down and ask if he needs a jump so I pull into the stall beside him and pop the hood and head to the back of my jeep to find my cables but little do I know he had a pair waiting and put them on wrong!!!! And tried starting his car a couple of times before I realized this! Is my jeep going to be okay and my battery? I looked at the top of my batt and it looked a little damp now.... I was able to start my again and again tho, and it doesn't look like there is any thing wrong with th guages and what not pls and advice on maybe how to check if somethings wrong or what happened to my truck or battery is my battery gunna up now or is my truck?

Your JEEP should be fine.
But PLEASE don't ever refer to your JEEP as a "truck" EVER again!!!! lol

You're most likely okay. Since it was his battery that was dead and your battery supplying the current, the current to your electronics would be correct. But the reversed polarity to his vehicle may cause some of his components to be damaged. More than likely the damage will be to his vehicle.
