Itís (no longer) a Jeep thing

Quote:
Jeep, reports Automotive News, is shifting its focus away from hearty off-road 4X4ís to, mostly, dinky little two-wheel-drive cars that ride smoothly on paved roads ó the kind of cars Europeans like to drive.

This is what happens when an iconic American brand is sold to a European automaker, such as Fiat ó and I, a Jeep owner, am not happy about it.

Here's to the hope that the "dinky two wheel drive mini jeep" has solid axles and/or frame-on-body so we can build em back into bantam sized off road monsters
