Ivault Center Console Key Lock busted. Where can i purchase a replacement?

So i go with a buddy of mine to Home Depot and lock all my valuables in the Ivualt console. Things a tank. My buddy is amazed that i had installed it myself and is all ranting and raving when (after 4 months) he lifts the deck lid and out pops the lock cylinder and i see all the locking pins go flying. Mind you there is 7 pins, with 7 push pins, with 7 spings. I had found all of them and took about 20 minutes when i got home to get them all reorganized and i tried to put it back in. I had gotten to the point of it was in and able to lock and unlock with the key. Until i realized the side pin that is made to hold the cylinder in its place on the lock down frame section of it was not holding. So now im SOL and have to repalace it. Rather then go to a lock smith and find something to configure i'd like to know if anyone else has had this problem, and or they can point me in the right direction as to where i would be able to purchase a replacement lock. I did just now call Qtec, but was told to call back tomorrow. I'll do that anyway, but a quicker answer would let me sleep a lil easier knowing my things are locked up safe.

thanks!

Take it to a locksmith. He'll probably have the piece you need that is not holding the cylinder in place.

A better quality lock would would be threaded with a nut holding it in place. A good locksmith would have many choices of barrel locks for you to choose from.

Well the update is that i did both. Took it to a lock smith who got me a heavier duty one. And just for the hell of it i also had it warrentied as well. So now its fixed and has a backup just in case. Thanks!
