Jeep Diesels

I know Jeep had some models that are diesel. Who made the engine and were they any good??

The only diesel Jeep I know of is the CJ-10 and it had a Nissan diesel.

Jeep liberty's had them. Also the export versions of the Grand Cherokee WJ in europe, australia, and africa has a diesel also.

also forgot the us version Grand cherokee WK started selling with the option of a 3.0L diesel in 2008.

The motor is produced by Mercades-Benz.

Check jeep diesel on you tube .Mines loud enough i couldnt imagine sitting in that rattle box for any amount of time.

im not completely sure but i believe xj's had a diesel for a couple years in the late 80's. could be wrong though
