I know this is a Wrangler forum but I would like your input on this if possible: My dad has a WJ 2003 (actually it is WG 2.7 CRD - European model diesel / Overland edition). The leak is somewhere at the back end and it splatters a little bit of oil on the rear tire (the right one if you stand behind the Jeep).
The brake fluid level seems ok. We changed the tires yesterday and then discovered it. Any ideas what it could be?
Additionally, there is the following problem - it might not be connected - if the engine is warm and we try to reverse the Jeep, it gets hung up for a moment in neutral.
I tried to attach pics - hopefully they will help. Thanks in advance for looking!
