probably industrial grade two sided tape, go slow and use a little heat and maybe some adhesive remover

Feel up behind the grill and see if it has an pins/clips that are holding it on. If not or if they're just centering pins then it'll be as Timberwolf said, just tape. Use a hair dryer/heat gun and heat it up good, then slowly pry it off moving from one side to the next alternating heat, pry, heat, pry, etc.

Dental floss, fishing line, kite string...... heat 'em up first with the sun or a hairdryer and saw gently with the filament of your choice, then clean up the remaining glue with goo gone for autos' and a nice wash and wax....

It's an adhesive. Dental floss with some heat of adhesive remover should do the trick. Just be careful with chemicals on the paint.

let it sit in the sun...use floss and "floss" them off...use nail polish remover or rubbing alcohol. and done. very simple! good luck (although luck is not needed that's how easy it is)
