drive like a little old lady, if your tire size doesn't match your axle gear ratio then doing so would help. If your stock and getting 15 mpg mixed town/highway then you are where you should be
4" lift, 33's, and a 4 banger with 4.88's getting about 18-19 combined and my highway mpg is only like 15. Helps that I can cruise around town and backroads in 4th or 5th. Usually around or under 1500 rpm's
I have a straight 6, automatic trans, stock 2inch skyjackers lift, regular stock wheels etc... My friend said that having a leak in the vacuum hose could cause a lower mpg is that true? And by how much?
