Hey guys! Does anybody have any jeep related injuries? I'm in the ER right now getting my finger assessed after cutting into it with an angle grinder while grinding my frame! Stupid mistake.
Luckily it wasn't bone. To be honest I wasn't even sure at first. Yes, you're right- it did self cauterize which was great. The location of it was "good" if you will. They said luckily I didn't grind the joint or hit any tendons so now I'll be left with a sweet scar

now you got to have a story... like how you cut your finger on a bears tooth while punching him in the mouth cause he tried to take your last butterfinger..
As far as I can remember, I was walking through the woods looking for the bottle of Jack Daniels that in punted in there from a mile away. When I found it, it was within the grasp of a Sasquatch. I told that bastard to hand it over and when he didn't I let loose I knew I was going to have to do some serious damage. After a battle lasting 40 days and 40 nights I took back my Jack, not a drop missing. I let the Squatch go because I knew that the Sasquatch hunters wouldn't be pleased if there was no longer anything to hunt. Oh you still want to know about the abrasion? Well I had to reach into his throat to save two children and I cut it on his tooth on the way out.
more jack and a camp fire that story could get bigger.. you need to make a fake ear with sasquatch hair and were it as a necklace.. tell them you bit his ear off like tyson in the process
I had to get stitches in my arm because I was taking the t-case skid off and misjudged my Xena warrior princess strength. Didn't leave a decent scare though. I was upset.
I have a lot of dumb "booboo's" from dumbass stuff.

Haha, what a bummer that it didn't leave a scar! I guess that's how it goes isn't it? You do something stupid, get hurt, then go do something stupid again!
I probably could've easily avoided my incident. I took the guard off my grinder to reach my frame more easily...wouldn't you know that it got me on my left finger where the guard would've been!
just a flesh wound. dip it in superglue and get back to work
you go so lucky by the looks of that pic. Buddy of mine placed his grinder through his thumb nail from the tip...it went about 1/2 way down the nail/tip/pad of his thumb.
My jeep makes me bleed pretty much every-time I do anything to it. I gave up caring. I have these three weird scratches on my back from this weekend and I know that's NOT from anything rated R..
Dude. My jeep abuses me now that I think about it.
This thread may be the best one I've seen yet Hahahahahaha I love it. I seen to bleed every time I pop the hood or slide under. I've chalked it up to "it's a Jeep thing" and keep a bottle of super glue in my toolbox incase anything gets to crazy
Last year my step son drove off a three foot ledge off reading. I was in the back seat. Launched me into the roll bar. Seven stitches in the ol coconut. The important part, nothing broke on the jeep. ha!
Tell me about it, it's an addiction with all of the highs and lows! And abuse!
