where could i find what all the different types of jeeps are. as far as sport, sahara, renegade etc.

Well all the ones you mentioned where at TJ's and One CJ version. Mostly those are just option package's.

"Tiny" mentioned one of Patrick Foster's books... he has several out there. They are a wealth of information, loaded with photos, and just cool to flip through even if you aren't lucky enough to have a Jeep!
