Angry Jeep will not go over 50 MP

We thought clutch was going out, but i had that replaced yeterday. On my way home I could not get past 40 mp. Once i picked up speed and stayed in 5th it finally got past 60? I am being told by repair facility it is cat. converter or sensors? Any onw have same issue.

No one will respond unless you give info about the Jeep you are driving....

Ex: Year, Engine, trans, etc...

I'll say that if you cat it severely clogged it could cause a very big power loss, and i'm sure you could use some new oxygen sensors as well, hell a complete tune up throw in sparks plugs, oil change, the whole works...

I had the same problem with my jeep, 05' TJ with auto tranny.... it turned out to be my powertrain control module. Maybe have your dealership look it over? Peace
