Jk exhaust

Thinking about putting a dual exhaust on my 08 jk and was looking at the Gibson metal mulisha or a regular Gibson dual exhaust. What do you think. Anyone have any opinions on them???? I want it to sound throaty but not too much.

Don't do it!! I had a Gibson exhaust on my 11 Sarah, it was terrible. Not bad at idle or even 30 or so, but on the highway. Anything over 50 mph we wanted to jump out! I had it removed.

Gibson

2013 JKU has the black ceramic and like it. Simple to install. Sounds OK. I have a series 10 Flowmaster with a Borla stainless header on my 1999 TJ. The Gibson in my opinion looks great from the rear.

I have the gibson duals. Sounds great. Has a little hum inside but not bad. Sounds just a good as my 99 ram 360 with duals just not as deep. Mine is the 3.6l . So I cannot attest to the sound on the 3.8l

I installed the gibson on my 2011 JK last year, yes its a little loud at highway speeds and when accelerating. I also think the dual tips hang a little low and could be easily damaged when wheeling. I kept mine, but just a couple things to think about.
