Jks Sway Bar Quicker Disconnect

Hey all,

Anyone run these? If so give me your input... My girl had me do some aggressive runs and I forgot to disconnect my stock sway links and they took a beating.

What exactly do you mean by "they took a beating"? The purpose fro disconnecting the links is to create more wheel travel in order to keep all 4 tires on the ground for increased traction. I'm not sure how much benefit you will see since you have leaf springs.

By taking a beating I mean one of them snapped - I know their purpose... My question was more along the lines of anybody running them and how they worked such as the disconnect working well and not being difficult to adjust.

They disconnect and reconnect just like they're designed to do.....simply. You don't even have to be on level ground to reconnect them. I have NO complaints whatsoever. Initial adjustment was simple. Installation was simple. It's money well spent.

I was looking at the vertical lineup from the sway bar down to the axle and according to the instructions it says that they should be basically lined up. Mine isn't... I'm thinking that it never was either. My thought is to essentially use a couple pieces of scrap and weld a shelf on and then mount the bracket to the shelf. Anyone run into the same problem on their yj?
