Smile Just got another Jeep!!!

Hey guys as you already I had a 03 wrangler X. Just Yesterday I picked up another jeep rubicon (2003)but it was in a wreck fenders/hood and some firewall damage(paid 5k for it) and I was wondering how long will it take to swap out the transfer case and the dana 44s. And what other hardware i would need to take off the car. Please let me know the cars is arriving today and i want to start on the swap ASAP i will post some pictures of the old rubi and all the goodies!!!

the axle's will be the easy part, just unbolt them and swap over. Be sure to be aware of the wires for the lockers. The t-case is big and might take some time. you want to also make sure you get the locker controls etc and indash wires etc. Would it be easier just to get some new fenders and a hood vs doing the swap?

i wish it was that easy, The car is a major wreck. better to junk the jeep and still keep the goodies in service. But i will put the dana 30/35 back on to the rubicon and take it to a salvage yard and see how much people will bid on it. ( i will really feel sorry for the dude that buys the rubicon thinking it has lockers/ dana 44s
