leak in soft top

I just recently got a besttop trek top for my jeep. Today it rained ALL DAY. When i left work today both my passenger side and drivers side floor boars were soaked. Only the floors were wet and i cannot figure out how they got so wet. There isn't water on any other part but the floor. If anybody knows how to fix this or why the water is there please help.

how does your windshield cowl gasket look? mine leaks there as well and only gets water on the floor up front. Its $50. for a new one...........if it is the culprit, your electronics in the dash is at risk.

This could be wishful thinking on my part, but it may just be a coincidence that this happened right after you installed the top. Do a search on this site for water leaks or "soaked floorboards" -- it's usually a cowl leak, as Budro is suggesting.

But make sure you talk to our customer support team if you think it may be a problem with the top. And doulbe check your windshield header for a good fit.

I don't think it is the cowl because the front of the carpet closest to the firewall was still dry.
