Level it offf

So I've got a a big brush guard bumper on the front of my 2000 tj, so the front sits a little lower than the back. I hate this look. So my question is, is there anyway to level up the front suspension or something? Almost like cranking torsion bars on a truck to get it leveled out. Any ideas?
