lift kit help.

i want a lift for my jeep but i have no idea what kind of lift to get. i only want a 2-4 inch lift.
do i even need a lift if i get large enough tires or what?

what are the types of lifts and what do they do, are some better than others or what?

Need info on what jeep you have and what are you going ro do with it. Daily driver only? Daily driver, weekend wheeler? I've been looking at the Iron Rock Offroad 4" short arm kit.

yes it really depend on how you're going to use your jeep. I have only a 2" budget lift and run only 31's but still can have a lots of fun like this. maybe I'll go 33's but not bigger and will replace my springs with OME springs one day, but thats it I dont need/want bigger lift or tire but thats just me and how I use my jeep.

you would be amazed as what your jeep can do stock

Roman I have a 2000 4 banger with nothing but larger tires. I run 32x11.50.15 Pro Comp AT's and go most anywhere.
Here are some vids of a stock jeep (mines the little green one) running with the big dogs.
