LoD rear bumper and carrier question....

First post here and I have a question about the LoD bumper with the hitch. I searched but didn't see anything on this. I'm picking up my '13 JK Rubicon next week and I didn't get a hitch. I was gonna order a Jeep, but the dealer found one very close to what I wanted without a hitch so I jumped on it. Anyway, does anyone know how strong the receiver is on the LoD bumper compared to, let's say a Drawtite or Mopar factory hitch? All I plan on towing is a small utility trailer sometimes from Homie Depot to grab stuff that won't fit in the Jeep. Will the LoD bumper allow me to do this? Thanks in advance.

I have the LoD front bumper and am about to go with their full width rear bumper. I would call Chris at LoD customer support and ask him to comment on your questions. I'm pretty sure their bumper is as strong as factory or stronger. One of the reasons I am considering their bumper is their hitch feature (and built in lights). Be sure to post here what you find out, I'm curious.

Yeah I called them and he said its rated the same as the factory hitch. In theory though, he said it is probably stronger due to even more mounting points than a factory hitch. Should get the job done for me.
